Week 2 :: SEED :: Envisioning & Intention Setting

:: Recording ::

:: Notes & Resources ::

  1. Create your I AM and Vision statement

Create a short statement using your I AM insights and the vision you are holding for yourself. Write it on a piece of paper - this can be included in your despacho below or kept with you in your journal (or both :).

2. Planting the seeds of your vision

It’s time to awaken and plant your seed(s)! Choose the seed planting ceremony that calls you most...

For each ritual below, connect with your guides and the Akashic Realm to prepare and ask them for guidance on anything that would be supportive for you to bring into the ritual and adding to your intention.

  • Seeds. Take an actual seed or seeds and imbue them with your intention and vision. Plant this seed along with your intentions and vision, while connecting to your statement and prayer.

  • Despacho. If it is not a real seed, it can be a symbolic seed - much like making a despacho. A despacho is a ceremonial offering comprised of variety of natural items arranged on a white paper, prayed over and infused with sami (light energy that carries your intention), then folded into a bundle and burned or buried. We will be burying these despachos for this ritual. Please see the Despacho pdf in the DOWNLOADS section below for more guidance.

3. Use the Simple Prayers for Record Readings if needed.

As we create our visions and plant our seeds, there will inevitably be feels, memories, and energies that surface to be released. Feel free to use the Simple Prayers for Record Readings provided in the DOWNLOADS section below to assist in the clearing and releasing of outside influences.

“This is a mantra of ecstasy.  Wahe Guru is said to not only be the experience of the divine, but also impart the experience of the divine. Jio is said to impart an affectionate relationship to/with the divine.

Yogi Bhajan said that this mantra means ‘clear perception of what is important to preserve" and that it "links the essence of your purpose to the greater minds and souls in the cosmos.’
