Week 3 :: CULTIVATE :: Clearing + Resetting
:: Recording ::
:: Notes & Resources ::
Mimic ancestral living - When we begin to view our physical bodies as living, dynamic gardens and ecosystems *as so many ancient traditions do*, it becomes easier to feel into the rhythms and restore
Circadian rhythm - Morning sunlight, skin exposure and eye
Reduce blue light - blue blocking glasses
Prioritize sleep with seasons - impacts gut microbiome and vice versa (must restore “functioning clock”)
Limit/reduce nnEMF exposure: screen time, WiFi, smart meters
Forest bathing, earthing, sungazing
FIR/NIR saunas and cryotherapy; new light therapies coming out
Water + Air filters and access/exposure to “wild” water (ie in nature)
Move your body - Induce movements thru exercise routinely helps lymph flow, motility, improves inflammation at level of gut, much greater diversity in gut, and better ecology
10,000 steps per day, 5 miles - ancestral matrix
Move your mitochondria and bacteria!
Rebounding - mini trampolines, vibrational plates and exercise to move lymphatics
Community + love
Questions to ask the Records:
What are the patterns, beliefs, thoughts, physical challenges that are acting as invasive weeds preventing my seeds from growing?
What is my personal myth about this issue?
What is my fear of clearing this?
What are the ways I can support the detox and elimination of the so called weeds that are not serving me? What is the first step to the change or shift?
Please assist me in detoxing the field, clearing, cleansing, and releasing that which is not serving my ecology. Please provide me with a mantra for the self correction.
Visualize the garden with your seeds minus the weeds of the embedded pattern, and instead holding the vibrations that can support more balance, harmony, and spontaneous joy.
Seal this shift with Akashic Light.
