Book: The Power of Eight: Harnessing the Miraculous Energies of a Small Group to Heal Others, Your Life, and the World by Lynne McTaggart

Questions to ask the Akashic Records this week:

  • What are the kinds of pollinators that will most serve my highest good and support my blooming process right now? Who are they? What do I need to know in order to attract these aligned pollinators?

  • How can I be a more effective pollinator for myself? For others?

  • What is the single most impactful way to shift the terrain of my ________ (community, partnership, friendship)?

Power of 8 Intention Healing Circle this week:

Let us select a common intention (below), which we will refine on Slack. On Wednesday 19th, select a time to take 20-30 minutes to follow the practice below (put it into your calendar!):

  1. Close your eyes and concentrate on your breath, clear your mind of any distractions.

  2. Visualize yourselves as a single entity (a giant bubble, a web, or any other unifying image). Meditate as if you are all doing it together for a minute, then “Power Up,” by focusing on and visualizing the intention and outcome in detail. Hold the intention statement in your mind while imagining, with all five senses, the intention recipient (all of us as a collective) as healthy and well in every way. We should also remain open to receive this healing ourselves. Remember to send out the intention through your heart.

  3. After 10 minutes, gently end the healing intention and take a few moments to “come back” into your body and room. Journal on how you feel, and if you experienced any changes, positive or negative.

  • Group Intention Statement (let’s refine this together in Slack!): “Clear & release, with ease and grace, the most relevant pattern that is drawing each of us back into old habits + ways of being that do not serve our higher purpose and blooming process - all this in the most kind and gentle way.”

Shortened version for repeating: “Kind and gentle clearing & release. Blooming with ease & grace.”
