Sea serpent glides through the sinewy slimy crevice, tubular caverns... is it intestines? Birth canal? Shedding of a skin?
Stillness = potentiality. In stillness we meet the serpent dragons that encircle us. Two serpent dragons appear and circulate our body as if chasing the other’s tail. The sacred hoop. Life, death, rebirth.
You command them in your stillness. From this underworld/netherworld, you ride the sea serpent into the watery depths of primordial sea, riding upon her back to the surface and enter the earthly realm where beauty and destruction surround you.
Your skin begins to turn into slippery shimmery serpent scales, embodying the dragon serpent you command and ride. Within all of us is the power to shapeshift into our various true selves, embodying the dynamic and contradictory, shadowy aspects of ourselves... fire contained within the cool watery container. You are the dragon.
Truth. Identity. Falsehood. Reveal reveal reveal....

Full disclosure - the number of visions and messages I’ve been receiving about all of this lately have been WAY over my head and required hours of research to begin to piece the puzzle together, and my ability to synthesize it all for you in a neat little post is getting harder! Alas, I must surrender to the process and allow this watermelon baby to be birthed little by little through the lemon sized black hole. Here’s what I got for you from the Akashic Records on this Winter Solstice day...
Ouroboros.
The ancient symbol serpent dragon that eats its own tail - originating in Ancient Egyptian iconography and adapted in Hermeticism, most notably in alchemy. This serpent is found in the Enigmatic Book of the Netherworld, an ancient Egyptian funerary text discovered in the tomb of Tutankhamun (aka King Tut). Depicted in this text are two serpents holding each other’s tails in their mouths (aha!!).
They represent the sun god Ra and his union with Osiris god of the underworld, transition, resurrection, and regeneration.
They represent formless disorder that surrounds the orderly world, involved in that world’s periodic renewal.
For the Egyptians, the form of a snake has an affinity with “nonexistence” - that which is not.
This story and symbol of Ouroboros is seen in other world myths, including the cosmology in the Amazon Basin where the snake in the sea surrounds land and marks the beginning and end of life... the Nordic myth of the World Serpent that lays in the sea with its tail in its mouth, encircling the lands of the world and creating the oceans... it is one of the oldest symbols of death and rebirth, infinity and creation.

Ok, so what does all of this have to do with me/us? - You ask...
We are in a phase of the world cycle in which cosmic death and renewal are happening on a large scale.
This is like the contraction, flipping inside-out, kind of moment before death, birth, creation, before IT ALL. When a star dies, it begins to contract and implode prior to its supernova explosion event where it can either turn into a neutron star or a black hole. A black hole is essentially a place in space where the gravitational pull is so strong that not even light can get in. Scientists believe that there are black holes the size of an atom but that have the mass of a mountain.
Black holes are that space of pure potentiality, the nether region between death and creation.
Your job is to surrender to the contraction and then to the black hole that ensues.
And the way to do this is to reveal reveal reveal your TRUE SELF. Shed the falsehoods you carry. Get NAKED - more naked than you have ever been so that you can truly KNOW yourself. I know, that’s really frickin scary.
Let me tell you something... every single person I have worked with and read for who is dealing with chronic health challenges is carrying something that is not their present truth and it's weighing them down. A story, a belief, a block, an emotion, whatever it may be. And because of it, they have resistance to their truth and resistance to flow. This fucks up your nervous system, your immune system, your resilience. This keeps you stuck - you cannot move forward until you reveal and release and reveal and release and reveal and release... get the picture?
NO MORE GAMES. I know this may sound harsh, I know you may be in pain, I know you feel like you have literally tried EVERYTHING. But get really real with yourself - are you playing games with yourself?
Do you make excuses, turn a blind eye to a truth, stuff down a feeling, hold back tears or words, participate in unworthy habits, choose to not even look, spit venom because you hurt, talk to yourself in a way you never would with anyone else...? You may have to go as far back as pre-utero, but you must do your work.
You must reveal and release. You must fight for your true self.
This looks different for every person, so start by identifying where you are hiding the most and go from there.
You are the serpent dragon - let this ancient medicine and magic burn and transmute that which is not your truth and rebirth you.
