Private Participation Agreement
Offered by Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary (a Private Ministerial Association dma Wildly Rooted)

Preamble: Private Domain Notice & Member Participation

This Private Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary (“SSS”), a Private Ministerial Association operating solely within the private domain under Divine Law and the constitutional protections of freedom of religion, association, and speech, doing ministry as Wildly Rooted, and you, the undersigned Member, as a participant in the Wildly Intuitive Practitioner Pathway (“WIPP” or “Offering”).

By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are a Member of Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary and that your engagement with this Offering is entirely within the private domain. You are not participating as a customer or client, and this Offering is not a commercial product or service.

This Offering is shared for educational, spiritual, and developmental purposes and is supported through voluntary donations, tithes, and contributions. These are considered gifts and are made in support of the continued mission of the Ministry. Participation is voluntary and based on private association between Members.

This Agreement outlines the terms of your participation and the mutual understanding between you and the Ministry as private parties.

Article 1 – Definitions

I. Ministry, We, Us, Our
Refers to Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary, a Private Ministerial Association under Divine and Natural Law, operating as Wildly Rooted, along with its ministers, stewards, facilitators, and trustees.

II. Member, You, Your
Refers to the individual who has voluntarily joined Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary and chooses to participate in the Offering within the protections of the private domain.

III. Offering
Refers to the Wildly Intuitive Practitioner Pathway, a private member experience focused on mentorship, intuitive development, and holistic education.

IV. Contribution or Exchange
Refers to the voluntary donation, tithe, or other form of gift made by the Member to support the Offering and the operations of the Ministry. These are not considered payments for goods or services.

V. Private Domain
Refers to the protected jurisdiction under which this Offering takes place, governed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the U.S. Constitution, and applicable state constitutional provisions, and is not subject to public commercial regulation.

Article 2 – Voluntary Membership & Participation

By engaging with this Offering, you affirm that:

  • You are a voluntary Member of Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary and have agreed to the terms set forth in its Membership Application and Declaration.

  • Your participation is entirely private and non-commercial, and you are not acting on behalf of, or in association with, any public regulatory body or governmental agency.

  • Your contributions are made voluntarily in support of the Ministry’s mission and are considered gifts. Contributions are not refundable.

  • You are engaging with this Offering of your own free will and take full responsibility for your experience and outcomes.

  • You understand that this is a private spiritual and educational offering and not a substitute for legal, medical, or psychological advice or treatment.

Article 3 – Participation Guidelines & Member Responsibility

In choosing to participate in the Wildly Intuitive Practitioner Pathway, you agree to:

A. Maintain confidentiality and integrity regarding all materials, member interactions, and teachings.
B. Not share your access credentials or any content from the Offering with non-Members.
C. Engage respectfully with fellow Members and facilitators, upholding a safe and supportive environment.
D. Recognize that all teachings, content, and mentorship are offered for educational and spiritual development and do not constitute professional services.
E. Avoid initiating chargebacks or public disputes; all concerns must be handled privately within the Ministry, as outlined in the SSS Membership Agreement.

Article 4 – Use of Materials & Intellectual Property

All content shared within the Offering—including written materials, videos, audio recordings, live calls, worksheets, and other resources—is the intellectual property of Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary dba Wildly Rooted (“Ministry Content”).

As a participating Member, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal spiritual and educational development within the scope of the Offering.

You agree that:

  • You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Ministry Content outside of the Offering or with non-Members.

  • You will not modify, sell, or use the content for commercial or public purposes.

  • Any unauthorized use of Ministry Content is a violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate removal from the Offering and revocation of membership.

Article 5 – Use of Video, Audio, and Member Contributions

To support the learning experience and create a record of the Offering, some sessions may be recorded, including group calls, classes, and discussions (“Recordings”).

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Recordings may include your voice, image, and written contributions (e.g., chat comments or shared files).

  • These Recordings are for internal use only, accessible to current Members of the Offering.

  • You grant Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary permission to store and share these Recordings within the Offering community.

  • You may not download, share, or publish Recordings outside the Offering.

Article 6 – Contributions, Late Commitments & Financial Integrity

Your participation in the Offering is supported by your voluntary contribution, made at the time of joining or through an agreed-upon pledge schedule. Contributions are considered gifts made to the Ministry in support of its mission.

Please note:

  • Contributions are non-refundable, as they are not tied to a product or service but are received in trust and used immediately to support operations and facilitation.

  • If you commit to a recurring contribution or pledge, you agree to uphold your commitment in full, unless otherwise discussed with the Ministry.

  • Failure to complete a pledge may result in limited access to materials, calls, or community participation until a new agreement is established.

  • In the spirit of mutual respect and integrity, we encourage open communication if you experience hardship or need to adjust your pledge.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through banks or credit card companies are in violation of this Agreement and the terms of our private association. Any concerns must be handled privately within the Ministry, as outlined in our Membership Application.

Article 7 – Member Conduct & Community Participation

You agree to uphold respectful conduct within the Offering community. You will not:

  • Share private community content or communications outside of the Offering.

  • Harass, threaten, or disrupt the experience of fellow Members or facilitators.

  • Use the Offering to promote external programs or services.

  • Share or transfer your access credentials to others.

We reserve the right to revoke participation if conduct is misaligned with the values of the Ministry.

Article 8 – Privacy, Data, and Acceptable Use

Your personal information is used only for administrative, communication, and facilitation purposes. You agree not to:

  • Share or misuse the personal information of other Members.

  • Collect data or emails for outside marketing or commercial use.

  • Record or distribute community content without express permission.

Article 9 – Educational & Spiritual Disclaimer

This Offering is intended for educational and spiritual growth purposes only. It is not a substitute for licensed legal, medical, psychological, or financial services. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

Article 10 – Limitations of Liability

Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation. Maximum liability is limited to the total contributions made within six (6) months prior to any claim.

Article 11 – Dispute Resolution Within the Private Domain

All concerns must be resolved privately, in alignment with our Membership Agreement. Public complaints or legal action violate the terms of our private association.

Article 12 – Modifications to This Agreement

This Agreement may be updated and Members will be notified. Continued participation implies agreement to updated terms.

Article 13 – Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your participation if you breach this Agreement. No refunds will be issued.

Article 14 – No Agency or Public Representation

Nothing in this Agreement creates a public partnership or agency. You may not represent the Ministry without written permission.

Article 15 – Governing Jurisdiction: Private Ecclesiastical Domain

This Agreement is governed under Divine Law, Common Law, and constitutional protections, and is not subject to public jurisdiction. For Affidavit of Knowing and Membership Agreement, visit: https://www.wildlyrooted.com/aok 

Member Acknowledgment 

By completing your contribution and registration for the Offering, you acknowledge that:

  • You are a voluntary Member of Sovereign Spirit Sanctuary.

  • You have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.

  • Your contribution is a non-refundable gift made in support of the Offering.

  • Participation constitutes your binding agreement to this Private Participation Agreement.

Electronic Communications Permitted: Electronic communications are permitted under this Agreement, including e-mail. Both parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement may be executed electronically, either by electronic signature or other electronic consent.
