Ep. 203 {SOLO} Part II :: My Wild Pregnancy Journey Q&A

Atabey is the supreme goddess of the Taínos (native peoples at the pre-Columbian era), one of two supreme deities in the Taíno religion. She was worshipped as a goddess of fresh water and fertility; she is the female entity who represents the Earth Spirit. Alternate names for the Taíno mother goddess are Iermaoakar, Apito, and Sumaiko and Taíno women prayed to Atabey to ensure a safe childbirth.

This is PART II of the 2-part series where I’m sharing (almost) everything I’m doing in this wild pregnancy journey of mine and answering your top questions, from the physical to the mental, emotional, & especially spiritual.

In this episode, I get extra personal as I’m focusing on the mental, emotional, & spiritual aspects of my journey and dropping a ton of resources for you, below! I invite you to listen, take what resonates and leave the rest, do your own research, and above all - listen to your OWN intuition and follow your body’s lead when it comes to any health journey.

Specifically, I touch on my process around planning/”trying” vs leaving to chance, the idea of “conscious conception,” ancestral healing, boundary work, spirit babies & communication, shadow work and energetic hygiene + spiritual practices during pregnancy. I also touch on my exploration of my birth/rebirth preparatory process.
