Hello, I’m Venessa
I’m a functional nutritionist, Akashic Record practitioner, intuitive nourishment guide as well as a teacher, podcaster, and seeker. And I’m here to help you get to the roots of your challenges with your Voice health, body, & soul truth and awaken your innate healing capacity by re-membering your own medicine through food, spirit, & love.
As a kid I was taught that being nice was better than being truthful... I was a bonafide people pleaser. An empath who learned that the way to avoid conflict & feel ok was to hold back my truth so I didn’t hurt others. ⠀
I stuffed down my own voice for so long that I lost connection to it, & with it, lost connection to my essential Self. This manifested as physical throat issues (chronic strep, asthma, reflux, hypothyroidism, dental issues, lock jaw, etc) and an inability to make decisions, know what I wanted, or where I was going in life. It was PAINFUL.⠀
During this time, I also experienced a spiritual awakening that cracked me open as I began to heal on subtle energetic and emotional levels. As I healed my voice and connected to my Truth, my life’s purpose and soul path began to reveal themselves and my world began to radically change.
Over a decade later, I’m working my “dream job,” having started a successful intuitive healing practice, and reaching thousands of people around the world through my podcast Feed Your Wild. I discovered that sharing my voice was not only an essential part of my purpose, but that it was one of the most powerful ways to share my gifts and effect change in this world.

Feed Your Wild Voice begins as soon as you sign up! You'll get access to all modules upon registering and can start at any time, at your own pace. All videos are pre-recorded.
+ How does the payment plan work?
Your first payment will be made as soon as you register your spot. The second and third payment will be charged each month following (for a total of 3 payments). Payment plans may not be canceled once they have been initiated.

+ Are there live calls or a community connection space?
There are no live calls unless (provided by a guest teacher) and no sanctioned community space for this program. The new iterations of Feed Your Wild programs are really personal journeys that will be supportive for folx to travel through on their own. If you are feeling called to connect thru community in your own journey, you are welcome and empowered to create it for yourself! We will gladly share it with interested program participants, who can join if they feel called to.
+ What is the time commitment?
This is ultimately up to you. We recommend allotting around 2-3 hours every week for the core content of the program. This time includes watching the videos, listening to the meditations, and completing your exploratory activities for the week. A big component of this program will be working on “creating space” in our busy schedules for our own nourishment & growth! (Please note: this does not include time reviewing any of the bonus materials. Those are completely optional and for you to drop into whenever the time is right)

You are encouraged to take the journey at your own pace. There is no one right way to engage with this program, and for some students, they'll take a month or more for one module!
