SACRED ECOLOGY CHECK

Today, you are going to do an “ecology check” - basically an expedition into your sacred ecology and the story you are living by. I know... deep stuff.  

Surprise! I put together a workbook with Sacred Ecology playsheets for you that you can print out or fill out in the pdf - click the link in your email to download! (I recommend printing and handwriting to get more connected with yourself, but do what feels best).  

This exercise could take between 15 min - 1 hour (or more!) depending on how deeply and consciously you want to approach this. Set a time in your calendar, light a candle, put on your fave meditative mood music and get down to it ;)
